Yanmike obtained her law degree from University of Ilorin and was subsequently called to the Nigerian Bar. She is currently an Associate Member of the Institute of Chartered Secretaries and Administrators of Nigeria (ICSAN).

Her experience spans from Brand protection, Company Secretarial services and Creation of Businesses.

Yanmike assists with the maintenance of intellectual property portfolios for numerous international clients, as well as, arranging and coordinating meetings for Board of Directors, General Meetings and also ensures compliance with the Corporate Affairs commission as it relates to individual clients.
